Privacy

Your photos never leave your phone. The frame is drawn in your browser. We don't upload, store or see your photos. Redrawing the photo also drops its hidden details, like where it was taken.

Names you add appear on your frame. "Who was it with?" is printed on the image you share, so only add names the people in it are happy to see posted. The names are also kept in your browser's storage on this phone, for your "people so far" count. They are never sent to us. "Clear my history" on the main page deletes them, and so does clearing your browser data.

What we count, anonymously. We use PostHog to count a few things: that today's prompt was opened, that a photo was framed, that you tapped Share, that a frame was shared, your answer to "how did you find this?" if you give one, when a photo couldn't be opened or sharing failed, and when you tap a calendar reminder button. Each count carries only:

No page addresses, referring sites, browser or device details, screen recordings, IP addresses or locations are kept. We tell our analytics provider not to look up where you are. Your browser keeps a random ID so we can tell whether people come back on more than one day. It isn't tied to who you are, and there are no cookies. If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is kept on your phone too.

Calendar reminders are an event added to your own calendar. We don't collect an email address or phone number.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous page-visit counts, with no cookies.

Fonts and code come from this site, so opening the page doesn't contact Google or other third parties, apart from the counting above.

When you share, your phone's share menu sends the image to the app you pick. What happens next follows that app's rules.
